We carry out piling & underpinning projects, as well as designing & implementing foundations systems. Our clients include construction professionals, developers, national & regional building contractors, local builders & private householders throughout the south east and southern England, especially London, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex, Surrey, Sussex, and we are also happy to work in other areas of the UK.

With 35 years experience in piling & foundation engineering, from restricted access domestic sites to major commercial projects, the range of our piling capability includes continuous flight auger (CFA), auger bored, rotary driven & Grundomat.

We have wide experience on new-build projects, such as single or multiple house plots, extensions & refurbishment, inside or outside & in sensitive areas that demand minimal noise & vibration, and on large brownfield sites as well as tidal & riverside locations. We work on private houses, flats, industrial buildings, commercial properties, public sector insurance related jobs, underpinning, domestic extensions & basements.

A complete service for engineered foundations is offered, from site investigation through design, implementation & testing.

In 2007 we completed a management buyout of Wilky Foundations Systems from The Wilky Group, which had decided to concentrate on its property interests. The business is now known as Neil Foundations Systems, although the team remains the same.
