The rig is assembled on a crawler-carrier with a unit to adjust the verticality and side plumbing of the mast by means of an hydraulic piston and a hydraulic oscillating system of the whole turret-mast.
When working, the stability is guaranteed by the possibility of widening the tracks from 2400 to 2900mm.
CM-43 is fully hydraulic and self-erecting and can be quickly positioned at site without any service crane.
As its structure is extremely compact and its mast can be folded, the rig can be transported without dismantling it.
In road conditions, the equipment needs no escort to move from one site to the other.
- It is possible to apply the pull-down system for particularly hard soils or when pre-existing foundations are encountered.
- Highly reduced investment and operating costs.
- High production rates and application flexibility.
- Assembling and dismantling times cut down to a minimum.
- High working reliability and extremely low maintenance costs being the rig fully hydraulic.
- Possibility of working close to the walls thanks to the particular compact design of the rotary.
