| This project in Wimbledon, South London, was designed by one of our appointed consulting engineers.
450 mm x 450 mm ground beams were placed on top of piles to provide a base for substructure brickwork.
Our team excavated, broke down the piles to the required level, placed voidformer to overcome the effects of clay heave, positioned formwork, tied and fixed reinforcement and placed concrete.

At this project in Weybridge, Surrey, the client wanted the ground beams to be raised. We used our Pecafil shuttering as formwork to support the concrete whilst it was poured.
