Services - Successful Projects

In Woking, Surrey, a piled wall was constructed using 350 mm diameter piles at 500 mm centres to an overall depth of 7m in sandy clay. This enabled adjacent ground to be excavated by 3m, creating a flat surface where two houses could be constructed on a previously unbuildable plot.

In this project neighbouring property boundaries restricted access so we used our TD308 rig, which needs less than 760mm width.

On this project in Wimbledon, West London a contiguous piled wall was formed to create space for a new basement. Piles were drilled to a depth of 8m using our Soilmec cm43, which enabled save support to the adjacent road and properties through the excavation process.

We were employed directly by the main contractor.

This site in Reading, Berkshire required 96 450mm diameter CFA piles to a depth of 8m to form a retaining structure for the neighbouring properties’ gardens and walls to enable a new basement to be constructed. We were contacted by the structural engineer for the project and became a named contractor in the contract documents.
